We send the instruments by DHL courier and all the products are guaranteed for damage during shipment

- Returns & Replacements
- You must request a return within 30 days of your purchage. You request a return by sending an email message to contact@laparoscopy.biz. Your request must state your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason why you don't want the instrument. If possible, include your receipt number. You need to sign the letter of refusal and mail it back to us and then you will get a full refund. We will credit your credit card within 15 days after receipt of the signed letter of return.
- Ordering
- You can order any instruments online through our world class shopping card system Please choose from Laparoscopic Instruments in stock, or custom order instruments and options by using the menus and fill-in spaces. Custom orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are worked on in the order received. Lead and build times on custom orders vary according to the instrument and number of "specials." If you don't see what you want, or if you have an idea for a historical instrument not listed, give us a call or e-mail.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Prices are clearly written against the instrument and there is no any hidden cost.
- Viewing Orders
- One you will signup our cart anytime later you may come back to see the status of your order just by login by using your username and password.
- Updating Account Information
- In case of any mistake in your order our system will allow you to update it again if we have not shipped your instrument. If instrument is already shipped then cancelling or updating is not possible.
